Who We Are and What We Do

Manifest Integrated Health is rooted in a simple belief: true wellbeing grows from understanding your body, your rhythms, and the choices you make each day. We focus on support that is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We are two sisters whose expertise comes from years of real-world practice.

 
Amberly and Bridget
 

Amberly brings deep knowledge of movement and physical function as a Physical Therapist who has worked with clients for 25 years. Her experience in biomechanics and body awareness helps people move with intention and understanding.

Bridget brings nearly twenty years of nutrition counseling and mindful eating experience, helping people learn how real, nourishing food supports energy, mood, digestion, and everyday function. Together, they bring a whole-body perspective that feels practical and compassionate.

Our approach begins with the cause, not just the effect. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we look at how movement, digestion, sleep, mindset, nutrition, and daily habits interact with each other. Our goal is to help people see the connections their bodies are trying to communicate and give them the tools to respond with clarity rather than confusion.

What We Offer

We share wellness education in a multitude of ways that we hope feel easily accessible to you. Simple changes can go a long way in our health, and we strive for that for everyone who interacts with us. Our blog is filled with content designed to help you understand the “why” behind how your body works and how common everyday patterns influence how you feel. This includes approachable explanations of digestion, movement, hydration, hunger and fullness cues, sleep, and rhythm.

We also offer a growing selection of digital resources through our Wellness Digital Store. These resources include guided wellness video series, recipe downloads, movement and posture support, and educational materials. These are designed for self-paced learning, so you can integrate insights into your life in a way that feels right for you.

 
 

In addition to individual resources, we provide wellness consulting and educational workshops tailored for business settings, school campuses, and community groups. These sessions bring wellness tools into environments where people spend their days, helping teams and students feel supported in a holistic way.

We also make space for free support and entry-level guidance with downloadable tools that complement our paid offerings. These include gentle exercises, nutritional information, basic movement tips, and insights into mind-body connections designed to help you start where you are.

Who We Serve

We serve individuals who are ready to learn and take action in their health, as well as leaders who want to bring wellbeing into their teams and communities. While we do not operate a physical store, our online presence and digital content make it possible for people to connect with us from anywhere. We also encourage connection through our social platforms, where we share regular insights and practical ways to integrate health into daily life.
