Prohibited Uses

We prohibit website users from:

  • enabling third parties to violate the Terms of Service

Intellectual Property

We enjoy creating and sharing our videos and content for the general public. However, we hold ALL Intellectual Property Rights to our work.  This includes but is not limited to trademarks and copyrighted material. We have the sole rights to reproduce and share our works from this intellectual property.  You understand and will use our materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

Children’s Privacy

We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 18.

In the event of Service Interruptions and Updates

Any website can suffer either scheduled interruptions (for maintenance and upgrades purposes) or unintended shutdowns. Please notify us at ------ if you need to report a service issue.

Business Transfers
